The Zoo!

Hello Family,

So this week has been pretty crazy. We have been able to learn a lot this week. One day this week we get a call from the Mo bay elders and one of their bicycles got stolen. So we took a bicycle to mo bay and it is like a two hour drive there. Once there we went to their district meeting and did a full trade off with them. I went with Elder Matthews and Elder Davis. Elder Mattews was trained  by Elder Egan, who i trained, and Elder Matthews is training Elder Davis. It is funny because they do some of the same stuff I do because it was passed down.

Saturday we were down to our last straw. We had absolutely nobody to see. There was plenty of people we could go see but they were all people who would just waste our time. I had vowed never to go tracting again so what we did is we went to main street and went in businesses and talked with everyone. It was really interesting but really fun. It was good because this is where people are that have jobs and can build the kingdom.

Today we went to the Jamaica Zoo. It was the most ghetto zoo i have ever seen. We got there and parked in this open field. Well honestly we didn't know what to expect and the first part was a petting zoo so they let us hold snakes and parrots and iguanas and then they brought out this big yellow lab dog. I was going to be disappoint it this was all of it. Well this dog did tricks and if he did a trick for us everybody had to say the dogs name over and over again because that is the dogs reward. Well the Dogs name was CHUBBY. So when the dog would sit we would have to say CHUBBYCHUBBYCHUBBYCHUBBY, and when the dog would run we would have to say CHUBBYCHUBBYCHUBBYCHUBBY and after every trick. I was just laughing at the situation and I was dying. Well after the petting zoo part we saw some pretty cool animals like a zebra and monkeys and crocodiles and lions. It ended up pretty cool but at first i was worried.

Well that was the week. It was the best week yet. I love you all and hope that this week is the best week of you life.
