Dear Family and Friends,
So this week has seriously been an amazing week. There has been so much happen and I don't really know where to begin. Well on Wednesday was Zone Conference. That is where the whole zone meets and receives instruction from President Brown and the Assistants. President Brown talked a lot to us about finding. This man is so powerful. He speaks to us like we are down fifteen at half time of a football game. It is really intense. He shared with us Acts 10 about Cornelius and Peter and explained how the Lord led Cornelius to Peter and also through Peter revealed that it was time for the gentiles to be taught the gospel. He emphasized having faith that Heavenly Father will lead people to us and us to them. Well the next day we were contacting a referral. As we were contacting a referral, it was a holiday, we ran into this family who were both employed with a car. The father was a sales rep. for Johnson and Johnson and Colgate, and the mother was a teacher!! Well we started talking with them and about 20 minutes of standing in the sun they invited us in on their veranda. We ended up teaching him the restoration and he agreed to have us back and said he would read the Book of Mormon. It was really amazing. Another Cornelius experience we had is on Saturday night we were backed up to a wall of Faith. We had nothing else to do and no idea where we needed to be. We were by a part member families house where nobody was home. So we went into the yard and said a prayer. Asked Heavenly Father where we needed to be and who needs our help. Literally as soon as we said amen a car pulled up and it was the nonmember who lived in the home. We were able to sit with her and have a lesson. She also said she is willing to start to change her life around. It is really amazing to see these things happening.
So those were just two simple stories but there really was a ton that happened that i am going to have to share with you another day. I love you all and am so grateful for each of you. You all mean the world to me and so does this country that i am living in right now. These people are great people and there is still plenty of work that needs to be done. Keep moving forward and be true to the Faith.
Love Elder Stuart
