Parking Ticket? Really?

Dear Family and Friends,

From the sounds of it everybody is doing just fine and dandy. But 30 degrees is a heat wave for there as for me i would probable freeze to death in 30 degree weather now haha.

This week has flown by again. We had some really faith testing experiences this week. We had a couple of days where every single one of our appointments fell through. After some analyzing we came to the conclusion that our faith was being tried and that according to our choice we would choose our reward. Pretty much when the going gets tough do you still have faith? So the only thing we could do was have faith and then came Saturday. Saturday was one of the best days I Have had on my mission. WE decided that Saturdays are like being in the Red Zone and how hard we go on that day really determines whether or not we score a touch down on Sunday. So Sunday rolled around and we had two investigators at Church!!! It was awesome to have them there and what is even cooler is that they loved it.

Random funny story this week. So Tuesday morning i made Oreo cookies and instead of eating all of them we took them to one of our investigators and some members who work with her. First of all it is super random that I made cookies and then while we were there giving cookies to her we walk back to our car and we are being written a ticket. Well we got a ticket for illegally parking next to a cross walk and it came out to be 100 dollars cayman which is really 125 dollars US. There wasn't a no parking sign or nothing all their was was two little red bumps in the middle of the road that obviously was supposed to relay the message of no parking!! Who knew haha. Oh well i guess being a missionary you are still subject to get tickets haha. The cop was like "hey look at that, i wrote Jesus a ticket". It was secretly a little funny. Other than all that not much else is happening.

Well i guess a lot is happening but it is all a blur so in the end not much out of the ordinary has been happening. Crazy thought is that i have to teach a 15 minute lesson at zone meeting on wednesday!!! I am super nervous for it but it will be fine. It is really weird becasue we have our off island zone and district meetings over skype so definitely very very different but it will all work out.

Well just remember. Remember is the most important word in the dictionary. Always remember who you all are and why you are here. I love you and hope all is well for your coming week.

Love Elder Stuart
