Hello Everybody!!!
So I get on my email ready to see if I'm an uncle and all and by the moment I saw 25 new emails i knew it must be true. Congratulations!!!!! I am so excited right now and if only i could express it all through words you would all understand haha. Traiden John Stuart Welcome to the family from uncle P!!! And also that it was Sammi's birthday yesterday!!! And also Cody got his mission call!!
Well this week has been awesome here as well. I had an interview with President Hendricks earlier this week and all I have to say is Wow that is an inspired man right there. This week we had three investigators at church so that is really exciting. One of them was one that came last week as well. Two weeks in a row!! Her name is Nakesha she shows a lot of potential too.
So this morning I woke up at 5:30 to start wash and i still hadn't finished by 8:00. I guess I am just not cut out for hand washing haha. Hopefully we get home with some extra time so I can finish and still have time to rest.
The Branch of MayPen had a baptism too!!! It wasn't one we had been teaching but it was one of the other elders investigators. It was really cool. I think that was the first baptism I have been to since my own haha. It was a really cool and spiritual experience to see somebody who has witnessed by their works that they are ready to make such a promise with God and to actually make that promise.
So one day this week we were just leaving an investigators house and as we were leaving we could literally hear the rain coming but it hadn't reached us yet. We could see it and hear it but we weren't getting wet. But in due time it did reach us and we got so wet i don't think even wet hen would have even retained its sanity. I don't know where that metaphor came from haha.
Well It was a good week here but there wasn't really any stand out stories that came to mind. One thing that we are doing though is teaching a mission Preparation class for the youth in the branch and that is really fun.
Well anyway I am really excited and i hope everybody at home is as happy as I am. Keep smiling and come what may and love it.
