Transfers!

Hello Everybody!!!

Well transfer calls came this week as you can tell from my subject line. You will all never guess where I will be serving this coming transfer ................................ ................................................................................................................................................... Old Harbour!!! Haha I will be training a new missionary from england.  Thats what they tell me anyway. I guess nothing is ever set in stone until it is actually happening. I will be spending two more transfers here so by the end of my training him i will have spent 7 months in Old harbour. 1/4 of my mission in one area!! Crazy huh?

Guess who turns 5 months old in 8 days!! I do ;) I can't believe 5 months of my mission have already come and gone. It is definitely flying by. Elder Olson in going to Sav and he is really excited for that. A little too excited if you ask me haha.

We had a trade off this week and I went to Spanish town. It was really fun it was officially my first trade off out of Old Harbour since I have been here. I met a bunch of really nice people. It was with the Spanish town zone leaders and they have air conditioning in their house and not only in their house but they have a truck with air conditioning. So to say the least I was spoiled for 24 hours one day this week. They drive a brand new ford ranger and it is a manual. I wanted to drive it so bad haha. I am excited to learn how to drive in Jamaica. They drive on the left side of the road here and the driver is on the right side of the car. It is totally backwards but i think i would be able to handle it without killing anybody. Mom on the other hand you might be a little dangerous. What? It's because your left handed..... bahahaha jk love ya mom.

Sorry last week the Email's sucked but we ran right out of time. Elder Olson ended up getting heat stroke Monday evening from playing capture the flag so there really was no point in hurrying because we had to stay in anyway.

Ann Marie is still moving toward her baptism. I hope and pray that she continues to act and what not. The mad woman Pinkeeeberry Gold has officially disappeared so I asked one of the members what happened to her because everybody knows her and they simply said that she must be back on her meds hahaha it was really funny.

So another story that happened this week is a boy got stabbed in the middle of Old Harbour town and died!!! Crazy right? He was only 16 years old. The good thing about Jamaica is that they do not tolerate crap like that so they all have been on a man hunt for the guy that did it. People never bother us especially when they find out that we are just missionaries. Most of them think that we are the CIA or the FBI but when we explain who we are and what we do they back off.

That's great that the High School is doing good tell them to keep going hard and to never give up. Well this week is kinda a blur it was super fast but yet so slow haha so me no knowa wha fi do. (I do not know what to do) Most patwa i know is just phrases haha it cracks me up and most jamaicans laugh at us when we try to speak it. Anyway I love you all and I cannot wait to hear from you next week.

Love Elder Stuart
