The official transfer calls came Saturday morning as usual. I will be leaving Cayman tomorrow morning at 730 straight to Miami and have a layover and then over to Jamaica. We arrive in Jamaica at 130. I have been called to labor in Santa Cruz Jamaica as a Zone Leader!! Have you ever heard the statement "God doesn't call the qualified but he qualifies the called" Well one thing is for sure that Heavenly Father definitely has a lot of qualifying to do with me haha I am excited though. Santa Cruz Zone leaders are in charge of the whole west end of the island. I will be replacing cousin Elder Romney and he is on his way home this Thursday. It is definitely a bitter sweet moment because i am gonna miss Cayman. This place has taught me so much about every aspect of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. Especially about how to be an effective missionary. I am going to miss serving with Elder Ambrose, he is an excellent missionary.
Kevin and Theodora are amazing. They are going to get married this weekend!!! They love church and the branch is doing excellent at fellow-shipping them. A real growth Caymanian family preparing for the gospel of Jesus Christ headed for the temple to be sealed as a family for time and eternity. Nothing can be more sweet than that. I am so happy for them. Tonight they are taking us out to eat for my last night in Cayman.
Yesterday was a whole lot of good byes and today is as well. It is so hard saying bye to this island. I love the people here so much and am going to miss them a whole bunch. Definitely I am leaving a piece of my heart in Cayman.
