So as you all can tell that this week has been wild and surprisingly super fast. haha. So Wednesday we had zone meeting in Spanish town, Thursday we had the Christmas Conference in Kingston and the other days were fun filled days full of sun and sweat haha. I'm sure you are all wondering if I broke and opened my Christmas presents on Thursday Well I guess that is for me to know and for you to find out haha ;) So I have one quite humorous story.
Yesterday in church after the sacrament was given a lady walks in and points to Elder Egan and told him to follow her. Well I wasn't too worried because Elder Gill was watching him the whole time. After about 2 minutes they walk back in and sit down and I just assumed that it was a lady who wanted to go to church on Christmas so i didn't think much of it. Elder Egan is a big boy and he can handle it himself. So we go through the meeting and they are just sitting over there watching. This lady was wearing this short short short hooker dress and six inch heels and had fake hair and eyebrows painted on and an inch of makeup and i dare not give anymore description but i knew that we are there to rend you heart not your garment. Well by the end she points at me and Elder Dalley and says that she needs to talk to us. So Elder dally me and Elder Egan go out and talk to her. She says that she needs to see each of us individually. And like obedient missionaries we refused and asked her politely what she needed to tell us. Well to make a long story short she claimed to be more than Jesus and that God speaks to her and said that the world is going to end and that she needs to tell all the white people and that we need to tell all the other white people we know and yada yada yada. I just looked at her like she was crazy and said that we have a prophet and that he is who we listen to. She would not give up on it. She even started crying. Well i told her to walk with us so Elder Egan and I walked and she followed us right to the gate where we eventually left her there standing with much protest. She even tried to show us the power of God within her by taping a pen to her finger and she asked God if he loved "Elton Stuart" and her finger started moving and get this... The pen didn't even write!!! haha Well after ward she said well this is what it is supposed to write and she wrote the word YES haha it was quite humorous.
Well that is that for that story. I cannot wait to skype with you all tomorrow. And also for next week to get emails agian. I love you all and you are all the best in the whole world.
