Cinco de Mayo! - It's been a great 2 years. See you on Thursday!

Dear Friends and Family,

I don't even know where to begin. This is the final email. For my last Sunday we had 50 people come. I was released and Elder Beckford from Savanna La Mar Jamaica was sustained as the new branch president. The branch got me a t-shirt and they all signed it. It is pretty cool. Also on Saturday we did the closing ceremony for the Chicken Project and the Senior Couple who was in charge of it got me a Jump drive with all the pictures from the project on it. So that was pretty cool. On Wednesday I said my final zone meeting testimony, in sacrament meeting i gave my final branch testimony, and and transfers i will give my final transfer testimony and then again at the mission home i will give my final testimony. And then i will be on the plane home.

Well, there isn't a whole lot to talk about. To all of you who are planning on serving a mission all i have to say is when in doubt serve a mission and when in faith still serve a mission and you can never go wrong. I would never trade my last two years for anything. I have learned so much and my testimony is so much stronger now. I know that God is our father and performs miracles. I know that the greatest miracle of all is his only begotten son Jesus Christ who atoned for our sins and was resurrected and now we all will be resurrected and stand before him, and according to our works we will receive our reward. I know that the fulness of the everlasting gospel has been restored to the earth by God and Jesus Christ through a living prophet named Joseph Smith and the church continues to be led today by the Savior of mankind through living Prophets and Apostles. I also know the Book of Mormon to be a true testament of Jesus Christ and is ancient scripture along with the bible.  I know that the priesthood authority (God's Authority) has been restored as well so the saving ordinances of the gospel can be performed for the living and also vicariously for our deceased ancestors in our holy Temples, to give them their freedom to choose. How merciful is our Father in Heaven?  I know families can be together forever.  Oh how grateful i am for my testimony!! Thank you all for your, prayers, love and support over the last two years. I know that i couldn't have done it with out you. We are all in this together and we need one another. See you all soon!

Love Elder Stuart
