Hello Family!

Good Morning everyone!!

It looks like the big cattle drive went well as always. I am glad to see all the happy smiling faces in the pictures.

Well this week in the Grand Cayman went very well. We are still struggling to find people to teach but that just makes it more challenging but not any less awesome!! We are teaching a family yeah that is right I said family. Their names are Theodora and Kevin and they have three girls. Theodora and Kevin are not married yet but are planning on getting married. They are planning for August but might move it up to July. They are an awesome family. I think I mentioned them last week.

Well this week we saw them and had a discussion with them about the restoration of the gospel. Before the lesson we counseled with our leaders about how to get them to have a date of baptism to work towards with out affecting their plans of being married and they suggested we have them pray about a date. So during the lesson we asked them if they could would they get married sooner. They thought about it but didn't really answer so at the end of the discussion they accepted the invitation to say the prayer and their 9 year old daughter asks an inspired question. Something that we totally forgot to cover which is crucial in knowing the truth of our message. She asks, "how do i know when God talks to me?" it was truly an inspired question. We talked to them about thoughts, feelings, and impressions and the fruits of the spirit in Galatians. Well we all knelt and Theodora offered a prayer to know. At the end of the prayer everybody was smiling and Kevin said, "it is funny, just the other night I was thinking of how we should just move our engagement up to July, we just need to do it!" We asked them how they felt and they said very peaceful and calm. They came to church the next day. I would say that Kevin and Theodora and their family really understand what the Holy Ghost feels like and they are willing to follow their hearts.

I have absolutely loved this passed week. Sometimes we may get down on ourselves when not everything goes our way but in the end if you stayed strong in the faith it truly could be considered the best week of your life. Sometimes the best times are the ones we struggled but learned the most. God is and always will love us and will always stand by our side when we always rely on him.
Keep being awesome family and never forget to smile.

Love Elder Stuart
